Responsibilities $25,000 SIGN ON BONUS! POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the shift to shift operational aspects of all areas in the Womens Health Services division (Labor and Delivery, NICU, Mother Baby) in collaboration with the division Director, Nurse Managers, and Charge Nurses. Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing/resource consumption as well as a positive and safe patient experience. Facilitates and fosters communication, patient flow, staff support, regulatory compliance, care coordination, transfers, policy and process development. Coordinates care delivery within the organization (OR, ED, ICU, IT, Pharmacy, Lab, BH, EVS, and Nursing). Identifies process gaps, coordinates change strategies, and assists in implementation of change management.
