The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is searching for a Vice Chair of Education. This individual will report to the Chair and work collaboratively with other leaders to provide oversight for the Department’s existing educational programs. The incumbent will also oversee educational program development and will provide managerial support for multiple educational team members. The successful candidate will provide clinical care to patients and will teach residents, fellows, medical students and other learners. Candidates should have previous educational program experience and should hold the rank of Associate Professor or higher. This position will be a dual appointment with UW Madison and UW Medical Foundation. An active Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility) and American Board of Anesthesiology Board Certification (or eligibility) are required.
