The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a Surgical Pathologist with fellowship training in bone and soft tissue pathology to work in a large academic group practice setting. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and extensive experience in general surgical pathology and bone/ soft tissue pathology. New graduates are also encouraged to apply. 

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, is a unique practice environment, focused on the needs of the patient and dedicated to collegiality and teamwork. Our clinical pathology laboratory offers a robust and rapidly growing test menu. The selected candidate will join a group of 20 pathology consultants. All Surgical and Clinical pathologists have subspecialty expertise and participate in scholarly activities through research and education. The practice offers a stimulating environment for professional growth and career development.


Qualified candidates should hold an MD/DO or MD/DO-PhD and be board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology or Anatomic Pathology. Fellowship training in bone and soft is required. Eligibility for Florida licensure is required.
