The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical University of South Carolina is recruiting for a OBGYN Specialist (practicing general obstetrics/gynecology) at the Assistant Professor level or above.


Job Description

The Medical University of South Carolina is recruiting for a board eligible or certified OBGYN Specialist (practicing general obstetrics/gynecology) to join the Department of OBGYN. New graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply for the open rank faculty position. The individual should be capable of practicing the clinical breadth of the specialty and participating in resident and medical student education. A competitive candidate should express an academic focus. Candidates will practice in a collaborative general Ob/Gyn practice. The applicant would be joining a strong Division of General Ob/Gyn with a busy clinical practice and other clinical outreach sites located throughout Charleston and the surrounding areas. The Division is supported by a collegial relationship with the other Departmental Divisions of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Oncology, Urogynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
