Job Summary:

• You will oversee and direct the care of patients within the Rehabilitation Department.
• You will be the primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated care for your patients.
• You will oversee and direct the care of assisting personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
• You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
• You will promote customer service initiatives along with Skyline Medical Center values.
• You will promote compliance with National Patient Safety Goals.

TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, a 148-bed hospital about 15 minutes outside of Nashville, has provided high-quality health care to residents of Sumner and surrounding counties for over 35 years. The facility is the first Accredited Chest Pain Center in Sumner County and is a Certified Primary Stroke Center. The Birth Center at TriStar Hendersonville, featuring Sumner Countys only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), hosts spacious LDRP suites and a lactation boutique for inpatient and outpatient services. • Current state licensure
• Appropriate interpersonal/communication skills
• Current BLS
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Completed IV Course preferred
