Job Summary Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care. Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
