In this role, you will be responsible for utilization management activities, communication with insurers, team, and physician advisors, and discharge planning activities, including home care, DME, placements, hospice, community resources, and transportation. You will also be responsible for quality data collection and risk management referrals.
The qualified candidate must be a RN/BSN, have Pennsylvania licensure, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
