223000 Nurse Practitioner - APP II

Penn Family and Internal Medicine Bala Cynwyd is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to care for patients ages 18+ in the ambulatory setting. Located on City Line Ave., just minutes from the bustling streets of Manayunk, the practice currently consists of 7 Physicians and a full time Nurse Practitioner. In addition to Primary Care, the following Penn specialties are also conveniently offered on site: Endocrine, GYN, Sports Medicine, Urology, and Cardiology. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout the health system, and is CPC+ certified.The Nurse Practitioner will see patients for their Medicare Annual Wellness visits, in addition to having their own patient panel.

•\tCandidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner. \n•\tPrior CRNP experience, particularly in Primary Care, is preferred. New-to-practice CRNP’s must have an ER or Primary Care nursing background.\n•\tSpecial consideration will be given to candidates with diabetes management experience.
